In-House Design

We design layout and suggest material selections.

  1. Design Home Visit, Measure & Start Drawings.

  2. Schematic Design Review. Takes Place At Your Home. We Review Layout Options 3D Renderings, You Give Feedback For Final Custom Layout.

  3. Presentation - Review Final Tailored Layout, Scope of Work, Contract, Construction Pricing & Timeline.

Build

Production/Construction/Installation

  1. Finalize Design & Approval of Material Selection.

  2. Preconstruction Meeting.

  3. Floor, Wall, Dust Protection, Daily Cleaning.

  4. Construction & Installation, Finish Trim, Painting.

  5. Enter Warranty.
